The District Executive Committee provides governance oversight for the Great Lakes District. This team helps guard the district’s purpose, values, vision, financial stewardship, and organizational health. Their role is to cultivate a healthy environment where churches, leaders, and ministry initiatives can thrive.

The Credentialing Council helps assess, affirm, and develop leaders for ministry within The Christian and Missionary Alliance. This team walks with candidates through the credentialing process, ensuring that leaders are biblically grounded, Spirit-dependent, self-aware, and prepared for faithful ministry.

The District Multiplication Team helps churches move toward disciple-making, leadership development, and gospel multiplication. This team supports local churches in building healthy ministry pathways, identifying emerging leaders, and advancing mission so that disciples, leaders, and churches are reproduced across the district.

The District Staff provides the operational support that helps the district function effectively. This team supports communication, administration, systems, scheduling, records, event coordination, and ministry processes so that district teams and local churches are equipped to carry out the mission with clarity and consistency.
