Retreats provide a valuable opportunity for spiritual growth, meaningful relationships, and shared experiences outside of weekly routines, often leading to impactful moments of connection with God, peers, and leaders. The goal of this Fall Retreat is to create an environment where students can experience God deeply, build relationships across churches, grow in their faith, and be challenged to live differently while showing respect and openness. Adult leaders play a key role in the success of retreat by leading by example, actively participating in activities, facilitating meaningful discussions, encouraging student involvement, and intentionally building relationships with those you lead.
-
Yes, leaders must attend Fall Retreat with their students. This is not a drop-off camp. Each church is responsible for the care and supervision of their group and leading small group sessions throughout the weekend for their own students. We recommend bringing enough leaders to facilitate the number of small groups you plan to form. There is no required leader-to-student ratio.
-
Each church is responsible for managing its own registration. A customizable registration form, including medical release and waivers, is provided. Once forms are collected, the youth leader will register the group through this page. Payment is required at the time of registration. Registration opens later this summer.

We understand that some attendees have dietary restrictions, and we want to support their needs as best we can. However, we cannot guarantee that Beulah Beach will be able to accommodate all dietary needs. Please, still inform us of any dietary restrictions when you register your group. We will pass this information along to them in advance to help them prepare as best they can. In many cases, we can also provide contact information, so that you can speak with them directly about your attendees’ specific needs.
